What is the Camelot Roundtable?
The Camelot Roundtable is a Mythic Entertainment sponsored event designed to allow players to meet and mingle with their friends and enemies of the realms. It's a great opportunity to meet the real people behind the online avatars and the game itself. This is also an opportunity for our players to meet and discuss game topics with some of our Mythic Entertainment developers.
My spouse does not play DAOC but wants to come with me. What is the fee for someone that does not play?
The fee is the same for players and non-players.
What about my hotel accommodations?
You are responsible for making your own hotel and travel arrangements. We have arranged special accommodations with the hotel hosting our event, and you may wish to take advantage of these.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
To cancel your registration, please email your request to roundtable@mythicentertainment.com. Please include your full name and the e-mail address you used to register.
Refunds can only be issued before the close of registration. Once registration is closed we must guarantee the number of attendees with the venue hosting the event. After the close of registration there will be no changes to registrations, cancellations, or refunds.
Can I wear a costume to the Roundtable?
You are more than welcome to wear a costume! In fact, we encourage it.
