Dark Age of Camelot: Roundtable

MOVIE CONTEST:
1. Must primarily contain in-game footage from Dark Age of Camelot
2. No longer then 4 minutes
3. Format should be playable in Windows media player
4. Original music is preferred but not required
5. No more then 5 submissions per person
6. All movies will be considered but mythic will choose the finalists

COSTUME CONTEST:
There will be three areas of judging: Best Male, Best Child, and Best Female.
Contest is open to all ages.
Costumes must be DAOC specific or DAOC themed.
This contest is open to all registered attendees of the Camelot Roundtable.

No edged weapons, No firearms, airguns, crossbows, or any other type of projectile weapon is allowed in the contest or any convention area, even if it is unloaded or nonfunctional.

It is the responsibility of the contestant to be aware of all federal, state, and local laws, and to ensure he / she does not violate them. If you have a question about your prop, please see a Mythic Entertainment staff member prior to competition.

The contest will be judged based on applause from the audience.

Children will be present. Use your better judgment as to whether a particular piece is suitable for public display. Since the contest reflects on the hobby as a whole and Dark Age of Camelot in particular, Mythic Entertainment reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason.

PRIZE: Three finalists (one from each category) will receive a pewter goblet. One grand prize winner will receive a PsP and $50 gift card to EB Games.

CAMELOT CHARADES: - Saturday Night
Teams of five players will have a chance to act out and guess Dark Age of Camelot themed topics. If they guess in the time allotted, they win a point. If not, the audience gets to guess. If the audience gets it… the team will lose a point. Team with the most points will be declared the victor!

PRIZE: Five grand prize winners will receive ATI video cards.

Camelot 2005 Fan Art Contest - Official Rules

	All entries should be printed or produced on a piece of paper (no LARGER than 18" x 24"), and brought with you to the event.
	All images must be 100% original. No part of it may be either copied from or "sampled" from any other source other than screen shots of Dark Age of Camelot.
	No screenshots, only original drawings, paintings, renderings, etchings, etc. . . . anything but a screenshot from the game. Screen shots may be used as the basis for artwork if heavily modified within a digital paint program.
	Images need to be PG-13 in nature. You know what we mean, this is a family event.
	No titles or logos in the artwork. We're not going to turn it down if your guild's emblem/banner etc. is in the image somewhere, but stay away from any text or use of the DAoC, Mythic or Camelot Knot logos.
	Winners will receive credit for their submission on our Roundtable website along with an optional link to their web site.
	Contest starts at 12:00 PM ET on April 30th, 2005. Prizes will be awarded to selected finalists from among all eligible entries received. Selection of winners will be made by tallying votes casted by attendees of the Spring Roundtable in Chantilly, VA.
	Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
	Winners will be announced during the evening events on April 30th, 2005.

CAMELOT FEUD: - Friday Night

Feud: Survey says let's have some fun, guessing the most popular responses to a Herald survey! Four teams of five players will be randomly chosen to participate, and each member of the highest scoring team will take home a prize. How well do you know your community? Find out on Friday night.

PRIZE: Five grand prize winners will receive leather notebooks.

MINI GAMES: - Friday Night

Our Community Relations team has been hard at working coming up with a plethora of fun mini games to break the ice on Friday night. Come join us, with digital cameras in hand, for fun and merriment!

PRIZE: Selection of DAOC themed prizes.

CAMELOT QUEST: - Friday/ Saturday

Defeat your fellow players in "duels" to collect clues. Solve the riddle of the Purple Con Producer to win. Dueling cards found in each registration package picked up on arrival. For life tokens and official rules, see the Quest Ladies (Sanya and Missy) after registering!

PRIZE: One grand prize winner will receive a free year of DAOC.

RAFFLES:

We will be holding raffles, every hour, on Friday evening. We will also be holding them throughout the day on Saturday. Prizes include DAOC merchandise, Intel items, ATI prizes and more!
